Clutch and Shop Advice in Louisville, KY

Just noticed my clutch slipping for the first time yesterday getting on the interstate . . . so i'm starting to look at replacement clutches. Obviously the dual-mass flywheel has to go. I'll probably follow the crowd here and go with South Bend for a new clutch/flywheel, but I'm looking at Valair also. My biggest question at this point is should I stick with a single or jump to dual disk? I run a Smarty Jr. and have no intentions of adding anymore power, and I do not tow often or heavy. My truck is a dd for sure. The only reason that I was thinking dual is because in my head, it makes sense that it would last longer since there is more material to go around. Is my thinking correct? I don't mind paying a little more if it is going to last longer or be a better product.

Second question is, is a good shop in or near Louisville that can install a clutch and do it right the first time?

Thanks.
