CKP sensor...where is it?

CKP sensor...where the heck is it! I got the new one and cked around the starter and fuel filter area and have found nothing that looks like what i got. I have cked with Dodge and they said i got the right one. They told me i had to pull the starter but i have looked under and around it and did not see anything to constitute pulling it. I do see a sensor in the side of the block near the starter/f-filter area but its round and plug-in is parallel (Looks like a MAP sensor) to the way it attaches into the block. Not at a 90 like the one i got from Dodge. Any hints?

Re:CKP sensor...where is it?

I think the 01 trucks only had the cam sensor, which is under the VP44.

Re:CKP sensor...where is it?

Stake's right... his 02 will not have a crank position sensor... it only has a cam position sensor.
