Got mine by mail today. Haven't had the chance to get it cut. This guy ships fast but he does make a few extra bucks on freight.

Cheap sentry key longterm results.

If all buyers of this guy's keys could post their results after a couple of weeks of key starts, that would be great! Thanks.

Hairy1, I see in your sig it says you have a 2-way alarm/remote starter on your truck. I don't think you need a Sentry-chipped key to start your truck anymore with that alarm...at least I don't with mine. There's a Sentry chip installed into a small module and put in the steering column too keep it from conflicting with the alarm.

Yeah, that's all I'm looking for. I can open/lock the door manually. I'm just trying to rid myself of the huge D/C key fob. I don't have any other alarm system. Thanks.

I got two of them in January. They work great. I use the sentry key to run the truck, and the original key to lock/unlock. I keep a pair of keys at home in case I lose one so I can program in another.

Why not use a standard key and hide on the outside and store the starting key on the inside of the truck.
