Changing sway bar bushings

How do you change sway bar bushings? Do they just slide off the sway bar?

I was thinking about getting these. I didn't see any split in them so I was wondering how to get them off/on

i was really happy with my energy suspension replacements they are split and have a grease port. if you go with a slip on then just disconnect them from the stab-links.
