Changing non powered windows & door locks to powered ones

I have a 97 3500 extended cab 3500 SLT with power windows and door locks. I just got a 99 3500 cab & chassis with manual windows and door locks. Can the door panels (same color) and the interior motors, electric locks, etc, be changed to the the non powered truck fairly easy? Would the non powered truck have the electric wires to the doors already? If this job is that difficult I'm not going to mess with it

To be sure, you would have to check inside the doors. If the wires aren't in the doors, they may or may not be in the connector at each end of the dash harness, where each jamb harness attaches and goes to each door. Worst case scenario: you'll have to swap dash harnesses, and jamb/door harnesses. I think it's quite doable, just a lot of work.
