Changing LP

Do you have to remove the starter? I saw in a guide that you do just not sure. I highly doubt it the pump looks pretty easy to get at.

I didn't pull the starter on my '99 when I changed mine.

Did mine from the top. About 45 minutes start to finish after the first one. I have had to replace 4 on my truck, the last one has been on for 2 1/2 years and still running well.

do it from the top and remove the intake boot if you have large arms
