Changing injector nozzle

I currently have all my injectors out but im trying to figure out how to hold the injector and turn a ratchet at the same time, those nozzles are tight, do I use a vice script? what do I use to hold it while I turn the ratchet?

if you warm the engine up they come apart easier, just put the cap that holds the injectors into the engine in a vice and get a 1/2in rachet, i cant remember what size socket but hold the body tight so it wont slip on the cap

Yep, just put the cap in a vise upside-down and hold the injector down on it tighly while turning with a wrench or ratchet. Go slow once you get it broke loose and make sure you are on a clean surface so you dont loose any parts.

Its very easy, just a little time consuming. Well worth the $ saved in buying the tips IMO!
