Change rear diff fluid
How many quarts of fluid does it take to change the rear fluids? I can not seem to find it in the owners manual. I use the truck to pull a landscape trailer short distances and wanted to change to synthetic. Any suggestions?

Re:Change rear diff fluid
Your truck should already have synthetic rear lube in it; that's what it comes with from the factory (e.g.,75W90 synthetic).

change it out asap, get all the break in material out of the rear end. i used Amsoil series 2000 75w-90. fill it to 1/4" below fill plug. gasket they use is awesome, completly reusable!!!!
