Centering axle and other stuff???

Guys I just replaced my procomp short arms for the tuff country long arm upgrade. My questions are:
1) I noticed before that the pasenger side tire stuck out from the fender about an inch farther than the drivers side. I adjusted my track bar to compensate but would like to have some ideas on how to do this properly? IE measure from the front axle to the rear axle like squaring footings?

2) The truck seems to pull to the left now and follows the road crown would caster cause this, or is one arm longer than the other?

3) How do I determine if the axle is centered in the wheel well?

I dont believe replacing the arms should affect toe in or am I incorrect in saying this? I should mention that all 4 ball joints are new and steering linkage has been replaced with the new T style and then went for an alignment but have sinced replaced the short arms with the long arms.

Thanks

Here is a link to Don Thuren's site. It talks about adjusting axle centering with a track bar as well as doing your own alignment...
