Is there a CD ROM manual for the RAM 2500 with CDT available? I need a manual that covers wiring, specifically. If anyone has a manual on CD ROM, please let me know where I can get one. I would buy a conventional paper manual if that's all that's available but would prefer CD ROM.

Ballbearing is correct, his link to DC's TechAuthority is the On-Line source. In US you may call 1-800-890-4038, Dyment Distribution.
I plan to by the CD-Rom version for myself as there are several advantages over the paperback version. (The cost for 2002 CD version is $90.00)
One is the search feature.
Two, print out hard copy of the pages you need for a particular task. This eliminates the big book with dirty pages. throw the hard copy away after using.
Three, When I travel I'll have whole big book on my laptop without the weight and space of the big book.
It seems I almost always need to check some information in that dang book when traveling with my 5er for an extended period. ???
Dyment Distribution in Canada is 1-800-387-1143.

The only downside to the CD ROM is that it's alot harder to read up on the trucks when your sitting on the can [laugh]

Plus, by the time you fire up the laptop, get the program running, and do a search... you could've already been resolving the issue w/ the book! Now if they had a palm version for the crapper, that's a different story! ;D Of course, then it would interfere with playing spades.... [laugh]

Tony

I visited the Tech Authority site and found the manual for the 2500/3500. I assume that it includes both gas/diesel. It's the RAM TRUCK 2500-3500 (BR/BE) SERVICE MANUAL CD. Is this the right one for my CTD?

I just checked, and I don't think the diagnostic manuals come on the CD. Get the books. They're relatively cheap, and you'll have the entire literature pack.
