CB Mounting

I am considering mounting a CB on the ceiling of my pickup. Has anyone done this? How did you do it, and would you do it again?

done it twice and would do it again. i just take plastic strip around top off to run my coax around and back out the driver door thru wing window. my antenna is mounted on mirror good swr 1:3-1:5.

btw i just use self tapping screws to mount bracket. at least 4 of them

Beamhanger,

I would also like to see pics. Anyone else? Does anyone else have a good place for a CB? I can't use the braket that puts it in front of the console.
