cat or what?

iv'e been running a little wo in the gas tank, about 5- 10% i have a 05 cummins. does this ahve a cat or a resignator? will this hurt either one? thanks in advance.

sorry im dumb i dont know what WO is..but ur truck has a resonator...cats were done after 95 if i remember....if this wo has anything to do with water then thats not good

cowboy133 is correct, 2004.5 and newer are catalitic converters and 98 and below also, all years inbetween is a resonator.

WO is not illegal in all states.

Will it hurt the cat, I don't really know but I don't think it would hurt it. I run about 5% SVO and it hasn't hurt anything. I find the fuel mileage seems a little lower though. I run the SVO because I can get a few gallons a year for free and I like the idea of better lubricity. I do not use it during the winter though.

my bad , your right... not every state bans wo. right now the centinel system will not be available after next year on any highway engine. but wo is illegal in lot of states. if you are using wo , and run a cat... you will start to plug that cat and reduce the useful life. how long no one can say because of other variables.
