captiva UL vs passport UL
i'm trying to find out which is more aero dynamic. the front on the captiva is just about like a half circle while the passport is more swept back from about 2 ft above the frame. any real way to tell? we're down sizing and going ulta lite to be able to travel the way we like w/ fuel being what it is. each weighs the same, 4850 +/- a few. this will be different than my 5ver, but we're going to try it.
on a different note, being bored 1 day i decided that my tail pipe had been squashed, not a lot but somwhat, long enough. so i beat it back round. then i started noticing my runnin around mpg was higher. yeah right i thought. but on an extended run on the high way, to and from, that used about a tank, i got 22.84 mpg!! my best had been 19.55 on other runs. could my out of round pipe made that much difference?
john, 95 lb slt, 242k, no more kdp worries, billet tc, tc LU switch, way more than enough to pull either 1 of these.
