Can you find Bio in your area?
I've looked at the BioD sites that supposedly list the places and blends you can buy. In my area the only ones that actually still carry it only sell with a fleet card??
I used to go to the distributer that was way out of the way but at least I could get some. Now they stopped selling it retail and only distribute to the military and city depots. They said they weren't selling it fast enough....but unless you already knew they were there and knew which pump had bio you were out of luck. It was all automated and there were no attendants to tell you which pump had bio and which didn't. The only way they could have made it more difficult to pump biodiesel is if the put a hand crank generator on the pump that was the only power to it.
Does anyone know of an accurate place to find where to buy Bio?

I've found the locater maps to be inaccurate for my area. A lot of places no longer sell it retail, but the map says they do. Must not get updated. It's a pain making a special trip, and not able to buy it.
Last I heard, is the main reason it's hard to find retail is because the federal credit expired on December 31, 2009. Apparently they are working on getting it reinstated, but don't know if it's been successful.

There is only ONE place in my area to get Bio (B20), and that's at the AFEES Citco station near Ft Meyer.
Their price for diesel is OUTRAGEOUS!

I resorted to getting a fuel card for the local commercial fueling station chain (Wo-Go) that carries bio.
It's actually simple and easy to get a card, and they auto-draft the payment from my account 10 days after they email me the statement. I like it a lot better than using my debit card and having to write all the transactions in the register to keep my account straight.
