Can someone please explain the difference???

Ok, in my search for a compound turbo setup I have come up with 2 kits that have my interest.
1) Piers Towing Twins, HX35 on top and HT3B on Bottom
2) Source Automotive kit, HTB2 62/12 on top and S400 on bottom
Assuming that these kits are fueled the same, what would be the performance differences?
I am ready to purchase a setup but am haveing a hard time figuring out what best suites my needs.

im no turbo expert.. but i did stay at a holiday in...

the tow twins fro piers is a smaller setup if i recall, ie: it'll light quicker and probably cool better at light throtle /load

rip's setup is a little larger, might not spool quite as fast initialy, but shuld cool better once lit.
