What do I need to do to run waste veggy oil? Diesel went up 32 cents a gallon so far here today. [rant] I am interested in trying some wvo in the tank. Can you guys tell me anything about this. I can't handle much fuel at $3.40 per gallon. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Yes, but you will have to make several fuel system modifications. First is heaters on the tank, filter and lines. Second, you'll need a duel fuel system, with an auxiliary tank for the WVO. You must start and stop the engine on diesel, but once it is warmed up, you switch to WVO. When you get about a 1/2 mile from your destination you switch back to diesel so you can get it out fo the fuel lines before you stop the engine, so it will be ready for the next startup.
You'd have an easier time making BD yourself, because there are no fuel system modifications required.
The link KD460 posted is a great place to learn about either method.

OK thanks guys, I should have known it wasn't as easy as just pouring it in the tank. Sorry for posting in the wrong place!

Something you can try with no mods is mixing WVO with your No. 2. If you mix 50%, you'll save 50% on diesel. I'd get on a WVO forum to see how much you can mix in, though. I just used 50% as an example.
