I have a photo album with pictures of every vehicle I've ever owned, with stats like when I bought them and for how much, and who I sold them to. I wish I had a list of all that my dad had--he must have had at least a hundred, but he never kept track. I just wondered how many people can name every one they've owned. i started an excel spreadsheet to keep track of mine, around 80 or so.

i bought & sold them in the Navy to make ends meet,
guys in barracks did not have a place to work on them,
i would buy $300 cars barely running, then get them running, drive for few months, sell for 600~900 whatever, do it again..

drove one car to work, sold it, had to get a ride home.

rode to work with a buddy once, he had duty, i bought a car to get a ride home.
