Can my engine handle these mods?

In about a week I am installing the following parts:

Truck is a 95 automatic.

ATS transmission
4.10 to 3.55 gear swap
swapping TST no. 6 plate for TST No. 4 plate
4k springs and new valve springs
370 injectors (already installed)
Phat Shaft 62 turbo

How much boost should I run?
Should I do something with my timing?
Any other advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Definately need to get the timing adjusted to at least 16* with the 370's. Boost I dont know, I would say not more than 45 or so, HG issues. Should be really happy with it after that other than the 3.55's as I have not run them. Im sure there will be some other tweaking that doesnt involve hard parts to get it where you want it. Good Luck!

At 45 you are right on the limit of the stock HG with 16 degrees of timeing id keep boost down 41-42 untill you get orings and head studs unless you want to be forced into doing them. Should be a pretty good combination though for power.

How much power do you think? How exactly do I set the timing?

with that combo you should have around 450 maybe more depending on how your fuel plate is adjusted. and if you have 181's or 191's or laser cuts. and which 370's you have.
