Can the drivers door be adjusted?

I get a bit of a draft at 70mph+ and if i pull on the door lightly, it quiets down quite a bit.

Any way to make this adjustment?

Does your door sag at all? The hing pin bushings might need to be replaced.... I would check the bushings before I tried to adjust the hinges....

I wish I was as fine, as those who work the pipeline!

The catch on the jamb has a bit of adjustment in it. If you loosen it a bit you can tap it in re-tighten and and check you seals. Rinse and repeat. There is not much though. After that, you will have to get into the hinges as west coast stated.

Time to get technical: Open the door and pull down or hang on the top part to bend the top a little bit. Put a dollar bill in the top jamb and close the door. You should be able to pull the dollar out with a little effort.....

Exactly, what sherrifav8r said. I've seen body shops do that. It works better with two people. Have one person stand between the door and cab holding the door open and another person with one foot inside the truck or on step bar and kneel on the persons back that is holding the door open with the other leg. Make sure the window is rolled down and grab the door about where the top of your a pillar is at at bend it over towards the cab. Don't worry if the door pops a little bit. It's just the two door skins slipping against each other.

I did the pull on the door frame thing to to fix mine. I know a few guys with these trucks that had the same problem. Adjusting the door latch really didnt help. One of the problems is the curve of the window. It acts like an airfoil and pulls the door away from the cab.

Having worked in a glass shop I can tell you we used to pull the tops of doors in a lot to adjust the doors. But it also might be time to put in some new weatherstripping. After years of heat and cold the weatherstripping has a tendency to get set into the shape of the gap and it doesn't seal as well as when new.
