Can I buy one of these??
I am in the hunt for a truck, started out wanting a 1st gen, until i drove 1 and didnt care for it. so now I am looking at the 2nd gen. Do they make an extended cab, short bed CTD? I dont think I have ever seen them around here with a short bed.

Yup
But they are extremely hard to find one in a 12V you would be looking at a 1998 for that, and with the quad cab option i think they started that year too, they are refered to as the holy grail of all second gen dodges in the 12V form
If you want to be overly valved or dont mind a 24 valve, they make them all the way from 99-2002.. no biggie...
