Camshaft upgrade
I have done everything to make my engine stronger except cam, valve springs, and pushrods. Are these gotta have upgrades or can i put them off with all the upgrades i have and plan to do? A guy is gonna give me a good deal on a Hamilton BIG Stick Billet Camshaft. Is this the best for my truck or something different? And any suggestions on the valve springs and pushrods?

Cams are not a "must have" but when you start getting the bigger boost numbers or higher rpms, then valve springs are highly recommended at the least. When upgrading to higher rate springs, it is not a bad thing to replace pushrods as well as the stockers can have deflection depending on spring rate and cam profile. You may also want to consider rocker studs too. There are plenty that have made good numbers using a stock cam, but it has limitations.
As far as "best" for your truck, there are many a good thread on cam wars. I'll put it this way: F1, Hamilton, Maxxspool and Diesel pros (Fletcher) all make good quality cams that will definitely improve your performance over a stock cam. All will have a little different idea on what will work best with their cam. For instance, F1 Helix cams uses a lower spring rate in their sportsmans springs than say a Maxxspool does. So I would go with the mfgs. recommended package with the cam. If Hamilton wants to use his springs and push rod with the cam, then go that way.
