Unhappy Camber Adjustment 2wd

Hey guys, does anyone know how you adjust the camber on a 95 Ram 2500 2wd? It seems to be off. When looking from the front, the wheels seem to lean in at the top. It just passed a safety a month ago, all the ball joints checked out good. I jacked it up and feel a bit of play in the wheel bearings, so next time I will tighten them up a bit and see if that helps. Even if that does, imo, it wont be enough. Any help? Thanx.

I think you adjust it with the bolts on the top of the upper control arm, theres like a slot where the bolt goes in to move it.
