Cab Replacement

Has anyone ever replaced the cab on a 2nd gen quad cab and if so any ideas on cost or where to pick one up? I have significant damage to the entire drivers side of my cab (entire rocker and floorpan, sills, and cab corners) due to dameage from an accident berfore I got the truck. I know a body man that can fix it, but it's going to be real expensive and I'm pretty sure I can swap out cabs on my own. Thanks for any input you guys have.

Junk yard would be a good place to find on, Use car-parts.com to find a local place that has one, I found the bed for my truck in the same color(no paint costs) near me using this. Removing the cab should not be to bad.
