I want to put cab lights on my truck, but everything I have read says I cant because I have a sunroof. WHY???

I would love to do this with my 06 as well and I have a sunroof as well... but I just put a set on a buddies '01 and after all the problems I'm not so sure (grounds, silcon, headliner removal, bad bulbs). I am almost positive I saw a 2006 laramie Mega with a sunroof and clearance lights... maybe 07 is different?

It can be done I'm sure. I think I remember reading in an owners manual though, that if you had a sunroof you couldn't get cab lights from the factory. I may be wrong though.

Yep, and the duallies require clearance and marker lights by law. Seems weird to me, but someone with a Laramie Dually mega has to have the sunroof and marker and clearance lights?

My Dad's '07 MC has both clearance lights and sunroof.
