You can get the stuff from dodge (lights, wiring, template, instructions) for $75-80 bucks. That's how I did mine. I might be able to find the template and email it to you if you want it.

when i did mine i got the lights from autozone for $20 not the same style as factory but good enough for me. if you remove the headliner all the holes for the wires are there. i just drilled straight up through the holes. i connected them to the parking lights on the headlight switch. done this on two of my dodges (99 & 95) no problems.

supposed to be an easy install (other than drilling holes in the cab)

Hardest part is taking the headliner off.
