a/c problem

Does anybody have a heads up on the cause of why the lowest setting would not blow? My compressor cycles but no air movement on low. It works fine on every other fan setting.

TIA

Dan

Has to be the resistor block or broken wire close to the resistor if all the rest work. It could also be that the fan motor has tightened up and on low setting theres not enough power to move it. Spin the motor by hand to test.

Have you in fact verified the fan is not spinning on low?
Just because you don't feel air movement doesn't mean it's not moving air...

I don;t feel air movement on my 96 in low, but it works as it's supposed to.
