A/C compressor removal (HOW TO)

Anybody have any experience with ac compressor removal? I looked at it and am not sure whether to remove from the bottom or the top. From the top it looks as if the Rad hose must be disconnected? List any helpful hints yoou may have.
Thanks!

Take the belt off. Drain the system, take the electrical plug off. Remove the bolt that holds the lines to the compressor, remove the four bolts that attach it to the block. Remove it from the bottom. Its rather straight foreward.
