Buying a truck
Hey guys,
I have had a 05 ram hemi for a while and I sold it and I am getting ready to buy a diesel. I am really torn between buying used vs new so let me tell you what my plans are and maybe someone can give me some input.
The local dealer said he could get me in a 2011 crew cab cummins for 608 a month which I can afford but just bairly. My problem is I want to lift, put big tires on, new wheels, and if it was a 6.7 I would be deleteing which all is going to void my warnety. If I did all that I would have to wait a good while for cash. To where if I buy used I can buy one that already has a lift or I will have enough cash to do it right away. And I won`t have to feeling crappy for voiding my warnety. I could get 0.9% APR on a new one which if I get a used one its going to be more like prob 6% or what ever.
So buy a new truck and stretch my cash or buy used and do what I want and not worry about the warnety?
Also all my friends are trying and trying to turn me to chevys! Does anyone else catch allot of crap for being a dodge man?

Save your money buy a 12v, have some cash to lift and tires and performance. Ask around I know there are quite a few guys that have gone from a 3rd gen to a 2nd gen and have never been happier.
