Here ya' go. The prices are high but you can use the Donaldson p/n's at your local big truck shop. I'm going to be running the 5" with my twins.

We have the Aeroturbines with and without the resonator inside. The trick with these is to mount them as far forward in the system as possible and on the Dodge that is on the DP. They sound great, reduce EGTs and kill the drone. We also stock all the parts to make the Aeroturbine and straight through mufflers fit properly. Give us a call for a quote.

The aero-turbine is a very loud muffler. I would use the MagnaFlow muffler. They have a packing in them to draw out the drone in the exhaust. I have talked to many people that have had to take them off because they are to loud.

The Aeroturbine can be loud if that is the only muffler used. We usually sell them to be used with an exisiting muffler to stop the drone issues. That is whay we always recommend the Aeroturbine be installed as far forward in the system as possible. Also the Aeroturbines are available with a built in resonator if you want it a little quieter. Another thing is a muffler cannot reduce EGTs like an Aeroturbine can.

local601,
We have an 18 inch by 6 inch resonator that is packed with ceramic blanket and stainelss steel wool, the can of the resonator is 12 inches and we have sold a lot of them to folks that complain about the noise level being to high or drone issues. We sell a lot of them to folks that have gotten one of the low priced systesm out there where the muffler packing material blows out and the system gets loud after a while. They are made for T-304 stainless and are large enough to do the job but small enough to fit most any system. We reccomend that you place it as far forward as possible in the system to get the best reduction levels. call us if you have any questions etc.

I just got my system from Diesel power products with the aeroturbine 4040 and that is all. The sound is very good mellow deep tone. I was suprised at how quiet these 3rd gen trucks are, I had a 2000 ctd with 5" straight no muffler obnoxious loud. DPP is a great company to deal with!
