where to buy a Exterior parts.

A friend of mine wrecked my truck (2500/96), he is rebuilding it, and we are trying to find parts that do not cost an arm and a leg. What I need is a whole front end, grill, hood, also a bed, ect...... dose any one know of a place that sells new or in good condition parts at a fair price (mail order, or in Texas is fine ).
Thank you.
Brian.

There's always ebay, but not always the best choice. I'm sure you've called around to local junk yards, so I don't need to tell you to do that. Some times these parts just appear and you get lucky, but some times they take forever to find. Sorry I couldn't help you anymore.

Good luck,
Hunter

I've been looking for parts myself and it seems hard to find parts. All the websites seem to link to the same parts company and it's a pain to navigate. I've been looking through J.C. Whitney catalog as a starter, think their website is www.jcw.com. Best thing is to keep checking the local salvage yards.

You can try these two links. The first on is for new parts, the second is for used stuff.
