burnout with an auto tranny????

ok ...dumb* question...how do some of these kids do burnouts with an automatic transmission??...

Hold the brake and stand on the gas. Once you build boost, slowly let off the brake just enough for the tires to start spinning, yet not so much for the truck to keep rolling.

The rear ABS only trucks work well for this, as soon as it figures out the rear is locked it backs the braking off, or how I always figured it anyway. If there's enough sand on top it should go from the start (no need to back off) even with the anti spin diff.

Basically it is possible haha

Full DTT trans, mach 3 injectors, bigger turbo and a TST pm3-
Thats how you burn out with an automatic tranny

Burnout- isn't that what happens when the truck does the 1-2 shift under WOT- brakes... tsk tsk

mrT be caerful with a stock auto: You can damage it pretty hefty with this power braking stuff. - But then you could get a full aftermarket one with all the goodies
