Im new to the common rail motors and need some help with programers. I like the new bd pmt because of the gauges and defueling but is it worth the money. I have a stock 07 auto with air and exhuast upgrades.thanks

I still cant decide either

Its between those two though, because I need the speedo correction(for the shift points)
Id also like to be able to turn on high idle as well.

Triple Dog is cheaper, but Smarty is more adjustable/tuneable, many different settings.

Smarty !! all the way !! You can control smoke with smarty by using the stock torque management software. Smarty is just so user friendly according to what you have done to your truck. from Stock to wild mods , Smarty definately covers them all....

Ok with the bullydog you can control the smoke by not enabling the "low end power option" which is a decrease in torque management.

Bully Dog. I've tried both...

Being able to adjust on the fly is a plus for the bully dog as well...

The Triple Dog doesn't do speedo recalibration. The only programmers that will do that for an '05 are the SmartyCR and FlashPaq. However, the dealer should be able to adjust the tire size on an '05 without issue.

Good Luck!
