BullyDog was Hacked
I just got off the phone with Bullydog Tech Support and found out why I can't get my Power Pup to update or work in my truck. The software version is old (which will not work in my truck) and needs updated, but the Bullydog server is down because it was hacked into. If you are trying to update a Bullydog product, it may take some time. Their tech support guys are good to talk with, they will keep you informed.

They are back up and running and my pup is updated. Al and Alex in tech support are the ones to work with...Al called my cell whey they were back online.

The sales manager just called me at work to see if everything was ok. I do like the customer service, and I guess they really care about their product and customers.
