Question Bully Dog troubles...

I recently started having problems with the back light on my outlook monitor. the back light is constantly flickering on and off very fast. seems steady no matter where the throttle is so i dont think its interference or a bad ground, i check out all my connections and they seem strong. any idea, has anyone else had this happen to them??

Im a newbie to this site and diesels, just got my first one lees than a month ago.

The old outlooks are prone to this, you can call bully dog if less than a year old and should be under warr.
