Bully Dog or Predator???
which programmer should i get for my 04' (305/555) motor? a buddy has the predator on his 03' it does good, smoke like crazy on 160hp.. but i wondered how the BD did in comparision?

I have a 2005 with the BDTD and I love mine plus if i ever get rid of this truck i will not have to buy another programmer.

I have an 04 with the 305/555 motor and have the BDTD and have never had any regrets. Great power when you need it, smoke when you want it, and improved fuel mileage as well (as long as you keep your foot out of it). When I purchased mine, I was torn between the two as well, but went with BullyDog. As InFeRnO stated, if I ever get rid of this truck, I will not have to get another downloader.

The predator will destroy the triple dog in every way. I has over 40 more HP than the triple dog. I have tried both and it isnt a comparison

on that motor, i would use a Diablo. The BDTD seems to work better on 04.5+ trucks from my experience.

BUT

BDTD...keep it forever

Diablo....its CHEAPER....but can't switch to a newer truck.

got a power pup and the diablo and I like the diablo much better,it's smoother power,programs twice as fast as the power pup,my truck falls on it's face with the power pup on performance(tow and extreme are fine)diablo has more down low for towing,I could keep going but bang for the buck diablo all the way.
