I recently added a v plow that weighs in at roughly 800+lbs to my 02 2500 CTD. The truck handles great while driving with it, but I'm considering doing some new coils to give it some better support. I'd also do a two leaf build up in the rear to handle the one ton of salt I put there on a regular basis over the winter. Any thoughts men? I know I'll get about two inches higher with the build up, which is ok, but not my overall goal!
Thanks

I'd say go with the Skyjacker 2.5" coils. They'll give you a much smoother ride than stock and keep the same load rating.

Sorry I can't help ken but I try to keep salt as far away as possible from my truck! ;)

What SmokinShaker said. I just put the Skyjacker 2.5" coils on my truck. What a difference -- handling the road, and handling that heavy aftermarket bumper.

GP
