Go to a place that does tractor trailer exhaust and purchase some stuff from them. If it was me I would purchase all the goodies myself to rig it up into the bed and then purchase a Grand Rock to top it off.

If you would like to have a bull hauler style stack, you could use a stack off a '05 938 Caterpillar frontend loader, and if you would want a miter, just cut through the weld on the tip, plus it comes with the heat resitant flat black finish, and they cost around 70 bucks per each(when i purchased some), and they are about 36" long. And the diameter is 6" though......
But you can also use one off the heating chamber off a A5000 series cat road paving machine. The dimensions are 11" diameter by 40" tall and it too is a bull hauler style. They cost around 120 a piece though.

I went to the parts/service counter at the local international dealer. They got me 36" of 6" unpolished exhaust tube for like 20 bucks, another 15 or so for the 5-6" adapter and all i have to do is paint it and make the cut at the top, its been sitting for months tho...just need motivation haha
