Brought the trucks to the dealer for a front end warranty issue.

Brought the trucks in for a defective part that may have been installed on them at a previous date. My truck is a 2006 with 27k on it and my fathers is a 2006 with 55k on it same exact truck to a T white QCSB 4x4. I have a leveling kit and I plow with mine. He is stock and has a plow but only use it for my backup truck. I brought mine in last week didnt have the warranty issue told them the lights were acting up and front end felt weird. Replaced the PCM and get this the ball joints and U joints on both sides of the front end under warranty. My father brought his in yesterday and they replaced his whole front end too. I cant believe they both went with such low mileage. Is this normal Im covered under extended warranty till 2012 or 100k miles and he has some other warranty with $100 deductible. Is this Normal?

A plow is hard on the front end. Some seem to last forever others don't. My u-joints just need replacing at 80k miles, ball joints still fine, been lifted for the last 9k.

I have a feeling the dealer was bored. My fathers truck felt 100% and they did it anyway. Who knows.
