Does anyone know if there is either a kit or a way to get my Fog lights to stay on while running w/ my brights on??

Yes....jumper pin. I think it's tech. illegal to run 4 lights at once, so the dealer may balk.

I believe your truck has a relay-switched ground circuit headlight scheme, so you'll need to run seperate relays to control your brights and fogs and not have the "light out" icon display on the dash.
