I'd never treat mine that way but you know, there are people who do buy a truck to work the heck out of them. 40 years ago you didn't even think about buying a truck if you weren't working it hard.....

I have worked on ranchers' trucks for years, and not many of them get treated like that. I work my truck too, but I am fussy about keeping it decent, and can't believe someone could spend the dollars required to buy a high-end truck that new and then let it end up in that condition so quickly, especially if he needed it to go to work every day. Pretty sad too, if it is a theft recovery and some insurance company has to pay for all that crap.

I went to a mud run one year and after one run it looked just like that underneath. Wrecked my alternator, power steering, air conditioner, and poked a hole in my radiator, not including the 20 minute power wash just to get the body looking normal, and the days underneath to get that so it didn't drop mud ***** on the highway every bump. Taught me a very important lesson. Diesel parts are expensive!
