Brand new Auto Meter C2 Quit
just finished my week long sb 3600 dd, silver 62, fass 95 with filters, ats exhaust manifold, ats arch flow , and a boost, oil temp, and fuel pressure gauge from auto meter in the c2 versions. started the truck to let it run for 30 min or so idleing to break in the turbo a bit and when i went back out to the truck the $200 fuel pressure gauge wasnt lit. has power and ground to it, no light. so i pulled the gauge out and layed it on my tool box and murphys law took over to cure my problem.... it rolled off onto the floor and smashed the bezel over. so looks like ive got $400 wrapped up in a fuel pressure gauge because i just ordered another.
on the plus side the truck really came to life. all worth it in the end!

Arrgh... that is too bad about the gauge falling and breaking because Auto Meter has taken care of me very well... I too have the C2's and have the 30 psi electronic boost gauge. Well when I went to twins, it went WAY past the 30 psi and the gauge never worked right after that. I sent it in with an explanation of what happened (I was honest) and offered to pay for the repair. They shipped me a new one no questions asked and no payment asked for. The new one they sent didn't work, I went through a troubleshooting session with a tech, this time the sending unit wasn't working... I sent the whole thing back, they sent me a new one right away and and no problems since. My only cost was for shipping to them twice. They really were good about it the whole time.
