brakes and charging issues
My story. I have a 91 non i/c ram350 2wd. I was driving around town the other day when out of no where the anti-lock and brake lights came on and I lost brake pressure. I still have brakes but nothin till I'm practicly on the floor. If I pump the pedal a couple of times I get pressure back lots of braking power and the antilock lights go out. The next thing is I've started loosing power yesterday I notice the voltage gage reading lower then normal and then today I first lost power to my radio then signal lights and lights were gettin dimmer.
My question is could these two things be conected? And what's causing it

I do not think the fusible links have anything to do with the antilock system, but they could cause your charging problem. I get the feeling that these are 2 coincidental, but unrelated problems, but I have been wrong before. The abs problem is very common and it has been discussed ad nauseum, so do a search and you will receive a waterfall of info, good luck ...Mark
