My brakes lose vacuum over long stops ( freeway off ramps etc) and repeated use. When I bought the truck I first noticed this 4 wheeling when I was on a slow decent and so on. I made a vacume canister with a check valve. Helped a little bit. I also have the upgraded gm rear cylinders. My truck is also lifted and I know this puts extra strain on the system but they seem to always lose vacuum. I have learned to live with this for a while but I more worried about when the girlfriend needs to drive the truck or someone else. I usually dont have a problem stopping the truck thanks to doing squats at the gym

I could my vacuum booster be deteriorated? Can think of what else besides my vacuum pump could be bad but everything else works fine.

The check valve on your vacuum canister will either make it not let in vacuum or let it out.
No check valve is needed and could be your only problem

I just added the check valve to help aid my problem, did not do much. The reason I did it is because I read on alldatapro.com about the TSB with dodge adding a check valve to the vacuum pump to stop oil from getting into the lines.

The check valve in the TSB is right at the outlet of the vacuum pump.
Your rig should be covered for it on recall
