has anyone put a turbo from 03-07 on a 94-97 12v if so did it help at all was are the pros and cons

I don't know of anyone that has done this yet, but it will be all pros as far as I can tell.

The HE series turbos are far advanced in technology compared to previous generation turbos (HX35 and (W)H1C)

I'd recommend the HE351 from an 04.5 or later rather than the HE341 from the 03 and 04 engines. It will support more HP.

These are fast spooling chargers that are about as good as a journal bearing turbo gets for daily driving.

The stock exhaust housing is only 9cm on the CR turbo. It may not work well on a 12 valve.. The truck in the listed thread was a 24 valve..
