do you have brass tubing running to the gauge? I have installed serveral that if you use brass it makes a crazy noise (like sending the intake pulse thru the tubing and amplifying at the gauge). Removed the brass and either went steel braided line or just the plastic tubing it comes with. that quieted them down back to normal

On my first turbocharged vehicle, a Subaru, I tapped the boost gauge into the line for the wastegate and it reacted similarly. thats kindof difficult to do on our trucks though.

It's tapped into the intake horn. It only starts at 20 psi. My 1/8 NPT fitting is protruding past the ceiling of the intake. I wonder if it is creating turbulence around the hole?

mine is doing the same thing, as well as a friend with a sport comp gauge. Autometer told me it was a boost leak-it only reads what it sees: havent found a leak yet, though

I had the problem with my first isspro EV. Got a new guage and it worked fine. no more problem. After i figured out it was the gauge, I attempted to try and fix it. Ended up braking the gauge. Bummer...... Sorry for the bad news
