Jeremy at quad told me that most boxes do boost fooling these days. Heck he said that the MP-8 does BF. Seemed surprising to me. I have a gauge and he said if its gettin 39-43 psi of boost on your gauge your getting boost fooling. Dont know if that helps. it did me.

OK, 03-04 trucks are 100% completely different than 04.5-07 trucks. I know they look the same and sound the same but, they are NOT the same.

The 03-04 trucks have a different turbo and they cannot handle what the 600 trucks can.

You need a boost fooler if you are going to run an elbow. I would bet $1 you already have overboost codes in your truck right now. When the truck cuts fueling back because of it, its not like 1/2 power is gone, it just scales fueling back a lot at those levels. On a dyno you can see it a lot and on the street a little.

well there is no doubt that I have the code, but have not noticed any difference in power. runs very well IMO. If it cuts to 1/2 power you would really be able to tell , but i havent seen that!

Its not going to make it where you cannot drive it, but, it will cut fuel back especially up top where the boost is higher.

I was making right around 50psi before the fooler I was pulling my boat and went to pass a mobil home being transported when I pulled out and got on the side of it one of the lanes ended and I had someone coming quick so I mashed the pedal in 5th and got to 2900 rpm's when the engine started to seize up then shifted to 6th and pulled through. I had the boost fooler put on it no longer will do this and I make a little more boost

your say that I am actually losing some power on the topend because of the code for overboost. My truck will actually perform better than it already does when I get the fooler installed?

I cant imagine it doing better than it already does........ WHOOOOO!!!!!!!
