im going nuts. where is the boost elbow on a 2006 cummins turbo. i can not find it .

Yours is electronic. The 2003 and early 2004 uses the boost elbow.

There's no boost elbow on the stock turbo. A boost adjustable elbow is a aftermarket fitting with a needle or set screw to choke off the pressure going to your waste gate actuator to make it easier to adjust boost.
