Some have, but the governer arm can then move to far forward, and break off a pin in the pump, destroying it. If you want all out fueling, get/gring a 0 plate, and shove it forward.

This is correct
and expect your egts to be insanely out of control, and ur smoke to be more than anything on teh road. i wouldnt do it, although i have before...
