Angry Blowing the Wiper Fuse, AGAIN!!!!!

Only going to say this out of being MAD. I'M ABOUT READY TO TRADE IT IN ON A FORD!!!!! .... Not! But this is getting a little old. I am my own warrenty now and this truck has had more little problems than I can shake a stick at! I am still having this intermintant problem of blowing wiper fuses. It might blow 3-4 in a row and the next day replace it and it work's for a few months, then one day it decides to go "pop". Dodge has put this list of part's on it while it was under warrenty.

3 wiper motor's
2 multifuntion switches

and a whole lot of my wasted time! I am going to rip my truck apart starting tonight and am going to find this "shorting to ground" problem that "dodge tells me it isn't the problem, but yet they can't fix it" .... I brought my testing equipment home from work and will kill this problem. Going to start at the colum and work my way down.

Anyone had this problem before and found a fix?
Thanks A DOG
