Blower Motor Sounds Wierd

Just started today for some reason, in position 3 and especially in position 4 the highest setting it sounds like you are rinding in a turbo prop commuter plane. I used it yesterday with no problems, then this morning it just starting sounding weird, exactly like a prop plane, somewhat of a fluttering roar if that makes any sence. Anyone have any ideas of what it could be? All I have tried is hitting it, unfortunetly that did fix it.

Pull the motor out and see what's going on. Pretty easy to remove. 3 screws & unplug.

Wow that was easy to remove. When I first gave it a once over, I didn't realize that it came out that easy. Anyway, apparently it had sucked a napkin in there, that's what was causing all the ruckus. All is well once again till the next trivial problem. Now I guess I see why what's his face is moving over to the Ford forums...

Mine did that and I found a airflow door in the fan.
